Boni unsafe walking ring- baby hit his head after the seat loosened and partially unhooked

I purchased a Boni walking ring for my 6 month old baby. The Boni Brand is an in-house brand and is extremely unsafe to be used by babies

The seat clip unhook during use and my baby fell, the seat was hook by one clip only, causing baby to hut his head and hang by 1 arm and leg. This risked baby breaking his arm due to the position of how baby hung from the seat.

I had emailed the company who requested me to take it to the store with my receipt. Mind you it's the store brand which means I couldn't purchase this elsewhere but all the staff in the store cared for was a receipt!

My babies health and danger to his body and head was ignored! Store customer service was pathetic.

We was by no means compensated or dealt with in a caring manner. This being a store which caters for babies and yet me baby harming himself to the point of my baby screaming for hours on end after hitting his head and jamming his hand meant nothing the the company!
