Boni Products

We bought the Boni pram and carry chair combo for our baby before birth and he is currently 8months old. we have been using the travel system since birth(basically only on weekends) and have experienced problems with it. We experienced the front wheel continuously locking up from the beginning (and our son is not an overweight baby)making it difficult to push around. when we attempted to take the pram back to a Babies Rus store, we were told that the Boni only carried a 6month guarantee. unfortunately we purchased the travel system in Nov 2016 at the black Friday special in Century City so our guarantee was up before our baby was even born. over this past weekend a frightening and very dangerous experience occurred where we were pushing our son around (with great difficulty) and the entire back wheel ****ed off at the shaft causing the entire pram to topple over. luckily our baby was strapped into the carry chair (this caused us to have to purchase another pram ). we do not hang bags or any other objects on the pram that might have added to this occurrence. we are highly disappointed in this product and expect feedback from Babies R us or Boni supplier. being a Babies R us brand, we would have thought that we were purchasing a reliable product. we have spoken to numerous parents in shopping centers and at our church who have the same travel system and who are experiencing similar problems.
