Boni 3 wheel travel system

I bought Boni 3 wheel travel system from babies are us a few months later the front wheel got stuck its a struggle to use the pram I thought maybe it was mine only but I found out that some people who bought same travel system are complaining about the same issue.. Boni must do something about this because by the time you figure it out the guarantee has already expired.... It is very annoying and dangerous to use this pram..
