Beyond Terrible Service

Absolutely ****py service from Babies R Us. My partner and I purchased a pram online on Friday the 23rd of November. We have been waiting ever since for delivery. I have made contact with them on 2 occasions, the 1st time I was told we never paid for the order - strange as you need to make a payment in order to fulfill the order. On the 2nd occasion, I was then told the funds were returned to my partners account. This is untrue as of now, we have no pram, no plans for them to deliver and the mysterious refund is still MIA! They have advised that they sent us a notification regarding the refund, this is a lie, no communication was sent. We are being sent from pillar to post. No one can provide any real answers as to where our pram or money is!!! This is beyond unfair. We bought that pram because of the price that was advertised on the day. We want our pram!!!! Can someone please follow up on this and provide me with feedback urgently!
