Bad Service Reggies promenade

Good day, I am one of you regular clients that get my nappies milk and what they normally need for the week or month as your prices are reasonable. I have been shopping with you guys for the past 7 years just as old as my son is. On Saturday 30 April have been into your store with my 6 months old twins. To get their stuff for the week together with a gift as I was on my way to a party. As I paid the one twin needed my attention. I as the lady at the counter to assist me with the rapping of the gift she advised me that it is self-service. Clearly so could see I was struggling with my baby. I feel she could have assisted me or ask someone as the store was not busy and there was no one behind me. I had to go take a seat outside come back in and rap it myself. It only took me 2min which would have for her as well. The security at the door was more helpful than her. I was really unhappy with the bad service I have received Depends on the outcome I will decide if I will escalate the matter. Regards, Kim Harvey ***
