Bad online shopping experience. Have not received one of the items ordered.

During the lock down I took the chance on doing online shopping at Babies R us. There was a specific toy that I wanted that was out of stock for quite some time. As soon as the toy became available I ordered it and order some extra essential items. After more then two weeks our parcel finally arrived without the toy. On trying to contact them for three days with the contact numbers just ringing our local store assisted us in the matter. They said that they just had to check on their cameras what went wrong. We checked our cameras at work and the toy was not delivered. It’s been more than three days now and no feedback. It was quite an EXPENSIVE toy. Seems like I will have to take legal actions.
