Bad Manager. Bad employees. Terrible attitude

I received the worst treatment ever at your store in Wonderpark. your staff is have disgusting behavior. I went to the mall and I got to the store at 18:54. The security guard told me that they are closed and I told him it's not 19:00 as yet and I want to buy one item. He then said he cant help me, all this happening while the door was shut. I requested to speak to one of the clerks and he just looked at his phone and pretended I did not want to attention. A male customer came and also said its 5mins to 7 can they let him in, to which they refused and he left. I was persistent and asked the guard to call the manager and he ignored me, and I asked numerous times and the Manager came, she said her name is Onnica. She gave me a stinking attitude and said they are closed, that time it was a minute to 7. i told her that I was here way before 7. She said the store time said its 7 O clock, to which I said it cant be. another cusomer came and showed them his time which also read a minute to 7. she refused said our times are wrong. the Store time was 7 and they closed and already cashed in. I was left there with an egg on my face. I told her that I will report it and she said its ok and slammed the door.

i love the store but sadly I will not buy from there anymore. I have many followers on social media. My 100rand maybe a drop in an ocean but I will let people know how trash the store is. Literally chased 3 customers away, as if we not buying with our money.
