Bad customer service at babies r us Galleria

I bought a nania baby car seat from babies r us Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti the car seat was suppose to last me up until the baby is 3 years but 8 months after I bought it I noticed one piece falling off from strap of the car seat. I took the car seat and the piece that fell off to the shop on 20 December 2024 to ask them to put it back for me they told me that something was broken and they can't put it back they will order another part from the factory and replace it for me but I will have to pay for it since I lost the receipts. I told them that I don't have the problem with paying for the part and I really need the car seat because my baby is still small. They than took the pictures of the part that needed to be replaced and told me that they will phone me once it delivered. On 31 December 2024 I went to the shop again to ask for the feedback and I was told that the factory is closed for holidays and it will open on 06 January 2025. I waited the whole January for their call but they never call until I went back to them again on 01 February 2025 and spoke to the manager who told me that since it was on Saturday he will phone the factory on Monday and get back to me, I emphasised to him that I need the car seat so badly cause I have to travel with the baby almost everyday. I waited for his call until I decided to phone the shop on 25 February 2025 because I did not have petrol to go to the shop personally,upon phoning them I was told that the factory does not have stock of the parts I have to wait until they get stock, when I asked how long should I wait they said they do not know. Now I don't know what to do because the car seat is of no use to me when it like this and the shop Is failling to assist me
