bad customer service

Good day,<br> <br> I walked into Babies R Us at 14th avenue Rooderpoort on 04/11/2015 and noticed that they are looking to hire staff then I ask one of the staff members what I need Ti bring then she said only a cv. Then on the 05/11/2015 I came with the CV then thrblady that I handed the copy to said to me they want a matrix certificate even said the advert is saying so and she wasn't friendly I took a picture of the advert doesn't say anything about the required documents and why did the other lady a day before gave me half information and they were even rude.<br> It makes me wonder that is it the place to even bring the CV based on their attitude.<br> <br> Regards.<br> Rhandzu
