Bad attitude and poor service
Toys R us in Edenvale in the Stoneridge Centre is one of the worst stores I have ever come across not only was the staff rude to me when asked why they had no change in there tills they also made me wait in the queue for 15 minutes because they could not scan an item because it was not on the system for the customer in front of me. She left without buying anything as she was so frustrated with their inefficiency. Please note only one till open and seemed as though there was only two people working there as I tried to receive assistance in the baby section NO one around to help. USELESS and RUDE will NEVER go back.
