BABIES R US YOUR SERVICE IS PERTHETIC

I am really unsatisfied with the service i got from babies R us. I have ordered a pram online with them on the 29 of November 2020. The customer service center is soooooooooooooooo useless i wasted all my airtime on them trying over and over again to contact them AND THEY DON'T ANSWER MY CALLS. MY PARCEL HAS ALL READY BEEN PAID AND ITS NOT CHEAP. All that they are saying is the parcel is on its way, but still nottttthing, THE SERVICE SUCKS. I HAVE SENT EMAILS AND TRIED EVERYTHING I AM THINKING OF CANCELING MY PURCHASE
