Babies r us waste of time

I bought a snookums bottle Warmer on the 10th of May 2019. I put hot water in my bottles and into the warmer only to find out 2 hours later my bottles are ice cold. I took the warmer back to galleria store yesterday to only get told that they have to wait for the rep to look at it. I dont want my money back i want to take a product that works like the Tommee Tippee. Head office is a JOKE im disgusted at the service
