BABIES R US /TOYS R US ONLINE POOR SERVICE!!

I bought a baby seat as a gift for a friend that was pregnant at that time on the Babies r us Online shop . This is before I could see the reviews on twitter of how this idea of shopping online with them is . On the 27th April 2020 , I placed an order, got a reference number and an email confirming the purchase. The baby is born , no feedback since 27 April 2020 .. we are approaching end May 2020 still nothing from them despite all the emails I have sent them. I must say , they are making this eCommerce thing have a bad reputation as I feel like I ave been ****med of my last cent since we are struggling with COVID19.

I cannot begin to tell you how pathetic this shop is . I am so disapointed , how can a big organisation like this not be able to take calls and respond to emails? I am beyond ..
