Babies R Us Shocking Service

Two weeks ago I purchased a Bounce Travel System from Babies R Us. It was on sale at the time, which is why I bought it. When paying, the manager said they don’t hold stock in site and we will receive the pram in 4 to 5 days. 5 days later, I called to ask when I am able to collect. The manager said the stock has not arrived because headoffice had ordered the wrong stock and had to send it back, having to reorder it and it will only be delivered SOMETIME in April. Today i went into a Babies R Us and see the same Bounce Travel System is on sale again!! How can it be on sale when people who purchased it previously are still waiting for it???
