Babies R Us online system and staff shocking experience!

I decided to hsve my baby registry online to make it easier for friends to purchase items instead of going into a store.

I chose Babies R Us online baby registries. After signing up and choosing my items, a link was sent to me to send to my friends so they could navigate their way to my registry. What a frikken disaster of a system!

*my guests battled to navigate the site after clicking on the link. For one guest the page kept freezing and kicked her out so she gave up and bought something else. * my registry didn't update items purchased so two of the same thing (of which I only needed one) was purchased by two different people. One if these people also ordered something else and their order never reflected on my list as updated. *another person ordered two things on my registry which had only one item updated on the list. *all my guests battled to find my address as well.

What makes me even more upset is the fact my guests had to pay for delivery fee to my address!!! Why can it not be as simple as using Baby Boom online registry where for my first baby shower all items purchased were collectively delivered on one day with no delivery fee. Every guest had to pay delivery fee, every guest had an issue with their order and you have now ripped them off by charging a delivery fee and inconvenienced me now by having to contact every guest, ask them for their receipt and waybill number so I can make sure all items arrive on one day (and not different days of the week since I am now 35 weeks pregnant and need my baby things now, not 2 weeks later!) And make sure all items purchased actually get delivered to me.

Babies R Us are a complete ******* with thier delivery fee and who ever coded their online registry system was useless!! You have basically inconvenienced me and my guests and I will not recommended you to anyone.

On another note, your staff and so called management at the blue route mall toys R Us are also lazy and ***********. They also kept me waiting forever just to find my registry after registering online. They couldn't answer simple questions either and I just decided to leave before I lost all patience!
