Babies r us online shopping
I made an online order and payment. Only later to realise i made a wrong order. Tried to contact babies r us on *** and i held for 45:37 mins for customer care and 29:31 for online queries. I have emailed them regarding my desire to cancel the order no respond.

22 Jan 2021, 11:19So update. Babies rep**** to my email. They understood my error and cancellation reasons. Was promised full refund. The package still came in 2 days after and i got my refund 3 days after. Now just waiting for their courier to collect the package.
