Babies r us online service and delivery is quite pathetic.

I placed an order more than a week ago and we have not received the products as ordered.

I have contacted customer service who have offered any assistance to ameliorate the issue.

I've not had any feedback email or telephonic. The service has been quite pathetic. Do not purchase online from this store.
