Babies R Us Low Quality Products

I regret setting my foot at Babies R Us they sell low quality products. I bought a Cot for my baby at Middelburg Mall, 5 months later the part that has to support the Cot to stand still was broken...I don't know how its their fault but they put the blame on the supplier which is BOUNCE. they told me that they will call the supplier and get back to me, after waiting for such a long time and contacting the head office I finally got a response that is not so good, they said they won't help me because of the 6 months warranty and apparently the supplier does not have the part to fix the Cot anymore, of which I believe its a lie. Don't bother yourself buying from Baby R Us they sell low quality products that are not even worth the price.
