Babies R us disappointing service!!!

I placed an order on the 27th of November 2020 but I didn’t even get an order confirmation. Money went out of account and have statement to prove it and I also used my gift card. When I went to check my orders on the online website but my order doesn’t exist anymore.

I’ve phoned customer service and the calls go unanswered. I also called the shops to ask for assistance and they tell me to call customer service. If Babies R us can’t deliver then they need to give me a refund and make sure my gift card is refilled as well as it was a gift. The least they could do is communicate with us about what the problem is?

I am stressed and very disappointed at such a bad service. A R1500 is a lot of money to lose without an explanation. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
