Babies r us are messing with us

My sister and her husband ordered a baby court bed, and a few things a couple of weeks ago and they still haven’t received their order, the baby is already here even. I’m absolutely appalled by this, ignored calls and emails. Seemingly it does look like that’s what they are famous for now, can we just have those essentials please!! We paid you
