Awful service with returns and exchanges

I despise the service I always get from the manager at mall of Africa. I have been trying to get assistance with a snookoms breast pump which has a factory defect since the 16th of December and I’m repelled to say I have received no assistance from the rude store manager together with their head office. The pump stopped working while I was pumping. They promised to take it back to the manufacturer to check, however each time I call to follow- up I have to deal with a new person who asks me ‘what is the issue with the unit!?’ And then I have to explain my self all over again. This is pathetic! I bought a lot of items from that store in preparation for my daughter’s birth, and every time I wanted to do an exchange or return an item it has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend Babies R us to anyone especially not the one from Mall of Africa. Awful service!
