ASSISTANT MANAGER WITH STINKING ATTITUDE AT MALL@REDS - JUBEIDA

I was shopping at Mall@Reds in Centurion, one of the assistant managers ther, a woman by the name of Jubeida was very rude to me, with a stinking attitude.

I am heavily pregnant and I was sitting on the edge of a cot bed, Jubeida, approached me with no greeting armed with a very bad attitude and told me to " move from the bed because if you break it, we can't sell it" I was appaled by the manner and language she used. When I told her that I will move, which I did without hesitation, but you do not speak to customers that way, she said "there is nothing wrong with the way she spoke and she will speak how she wants...my purchase alone does not put food on her table." Jubeida was very rude, I told her that she clearly had no customer service training and with that attitude, she should not be in management. She refused to call her manager and said that she was in charge.

When I approached the junior staff, they made every attempt to get hold of the manager and learned that she was off for the day, even they did not give a good impression of Jubeida.

This woman is uncultured, clearly ill experienced and it is mind boggling as to how she is even part of the management team.
