Absolutely shocking service

Despite numerous emails and phone calls I have received absolutely no customer service from Babies R us just empty promises, it is going on 2 weeks since I placed my order and no one can assist me with something as simple as processing a refund on 1 item out of a R10 000 order!!! It is absolutely shocking! I have tried phoning just to have the call dropped in my ear! I have sent I don't know how many follow up emails! I will rather support another business where I get customer service and answers, I am not here to run after you demanding answers and customer service! I am the consumer and you are the one providing a service!
