Lack of service.

I unfortunately have no option but to make use of B360's "service" - or lack thereof.

I have been experiencing an ongoing problem with connectivity for MONTHS. At present I can only connect between 09:00 (I assume that is when their tower's solar panel has recharged its batteries) and 22:00 (when the batteries presumably gets depleted).

Reported to B360. No response. Reported repeatedly. No response.

Lots of promises.

Happy to take your money every month and not deliver what they are paid for.

Worst "Service Provider" possible.

If at all possible, use ANY other Internet service provider but B360.
