This company uses very misleading sales tactics. They contact you offering “free trial” cleaning products, only to later invoice you for them. The real problem comes afterward — buried in the wording of the paperwork is language they later use to claim you agreed to future orders.

Months later, they deliver a large shipment that was never properly ordered, together with a massive invoice. They then try to justify it by adding phrases like “acknowledgement of order,” despite there being no clear authorization or confirmed purchase.

The products themselves are poor quality and significantly overpriced compared to competitors. On top of that, the constant phone calls and aggressive communication from staff are extremely unprofessional.

We repeatedly asked them to collect the unopened and unused goods, which are still in their original packaging, but they refused. Instead, they resorted to threats of legal action to pressure payment.

Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Read every document carefully and do not assume a “free trial” comes without hidden conditions.
