Block their call center number IMMEDIATELY
STAY AWAY!!! IF THEY START CONTACTING YOU BLOCK THEIR NUMBER. You have been warned. Their sales people are very aggressive to push their product on you with a 50% off intro offer, then allow you to order 5lt and and then send you the rest a few weeks later, if you send it back they charge you full price. The chemicals are absolute *******... I actually tried to work with what I bought but no hey stick to what you are using before.

Why calling my place of work when i clearly told you i will be trialing your products on my own personal account,you agreed now you calling my place of work.
You called my Place of work selling your cleaning material ,i said to you we are sorted we have our own thing going on and have our supplier,further persuading i then personally said you can give it to me to try for personal use,that was the beginning of a nightmare,i paid 626.75 for 1*5 litre,3 months down the line boom 2*5litres did you even ask me if i need more,what a disgrace ,you cannot shove this down my thought like that,I dont need your products,leave me alone ,you failed to manage your business your call center agents do this desparately and end up make these **** stupid mistakes that end up jeorpadising everyone credibility ,now you threaten me with lawsuit bring it on .After i told you this has nothing to do with the company you proceed calling the company ,whats really gotten to you?come take your stuff and leave me alone,your prices are so exorbitant for what comparing with how they work its just a disaster.

STAY FAR AWAY
We did not send them purchase orders but they kept trying to deliver products to our business and then bill us for it. We then received invoices saying that we owed them money for the discounts they gave us on products since we no longer wanted to do business with them.

Extremely dishonest company
Stay Far Away!!! Extremely Dishonest Business Practices This company uses very misleading sales tactics. They contact you offering “free trial” cleaning products, only to later invoice you for them. The real problem comes afterward — buried in the wording of the paperwork is language they later use to claim you agreed to future orders. Months later, they deliver a large shipment that was never properly ordered, together with a massive invoice. They then try to justify it by adding phrases like “acknowledgement of order,” despite there being no clear authorization or confirmed purchase. The products themselves are poor quality and significantly overpriced compared to competitors. On top of that, the constant phone calls and aggressive communication from staff are extremely unprofessional. We repeatedly asked them to collect the unopened and unused goods, which are still in their original packaging, but they refused. Instead, they resorted to threats of legal action to pressure payment. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Read every document carefully and do not assume a “free trial” comes without hidden conditions.

Amazing Money Saving

I have experienced the same issues as other people who complained about this business. You are supposed to get a free “starter pack “ but then this huge bill arrives. They are dishonest and do not disclose all information to the client. When asked for a recording of the conversation that took place, they said they did not have one. The prices of the products were never given as it was supposed to be for free. How can a person now be billed for over R22 000. Something needs to be done as no-one would order anything from them in any case if prices were disclosed. They are “*****” and refuse to take back your “so called “ order.

These guys are a huge ****!!! Do NOT let them fool you. They offer you samples as a free trial, then end up invoicing you for this. Then they send you an invoice, and the wording is where they **** you. 6 Months later they deliver items that you DID not order and an invoice which is massive. The product itself is way overpriced and of bad quality. They think they are clever and add on the invoice "acknowledgement of order" when in fact we have never placed an order, and they cannot prove we did either. They call you endlessly, the staff are obnoxious, and they then threaten you with their legal team to try to get you to pay. We have asked them several times to collect their goods, which are still perfectly packaged; we did not order them, we are not going to use them, but they refuse to collect them. Shame on them for being so DISHONEST!!! Stay far away!!!
