1. I cancelled my subscription withing 14 days by email. They now say that I should have done it in writing with a signature. a) It did not stipulate in the letter that I had to cancel it in writing. b) They never came back to me & told me that they require it in writing. c) We were in lock down, so I did not have access to a scanner, copier, fax if I was made aware of it.

2. The subscription is advertised at R49 for 4 weeks at an 80% discount. So at the full price, it would be R249 for 4 weeks (a month). They charged me R999 for a month.
