VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is gone from bad to worse. PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are owing MTN money so MTN blocked all Sim cards! Customers are now suffering yet we paid. They told Customers " all will be back by month end January " today, 10 February, we are still not connected!!! All we hear are l!es, after l!es. The audacity to request payment from Customers is mind blowing!!! I see they went to Vodacom now, but it will be the same. Rude customer service!! We don't receive statements, when you ask, you wait 5 months for it. !!! Stay away from this company because you will lose your cool with them.!! they will send you 100 emails of things you purchased 2 years ago . Surely they don't know what they are doing!!
