BAD SERVICE AND RUDE

I am glad I saw someone giving their bad experience about this company b mobi. Honestly, I don't know how such companies are operating. They advertise minutes,sms and data they don't offer yet the customer pay for them. The are so slow , you have to keep phoning to get an update. When you contact them regarding the missing minutes, sms or data, the lady is so rude and hangs up the phone, she tell you she is irritated. So after spending 1 month of waiting for the phone, following up you get this treatment. The people handling their Facebook and Instagram are professional, so if I want to find out about something, I click on their WhatsApp icon it takes me to a whatsapp, i think it's a different company. The whatsapp they put on their flyers don't even work!!! It makes you think they are ****. Someone warned me about them but now I witnessed for myself. A bunch of unprofessionals. I also heard the owner is rude as well. I would never recommend someone there.
