No service, owner clearly is not interested in sales

Contacted Aziz for a quote on a fence. He took my details and would send me the quote. Heard nothing from him. Followed up he promised the quote. Again heard nothing. Followed up again, my message was ignored. Followed up again, he promised the quote the same day. Again heard nothing. Followed up one last time to be ignored again.
