DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS BEYOND PATHETIC. Not only do they not do the job they were contracted to do, they change draughtsman every month, without letting you know, and you find out by some strange person sending you a message saying they going to take over your contract. Almost 7 months down the line, and plans still not approved for reasons an architect should know. They wont discuss your issues until you pay them, they wont alter your plans until payment and once payment is made, the delay starts. They constantly lie about what they doing and what they have done, which I documented from each and every message sent to all draughtsman that my details were given to without my consent!! as well as all emails sent to me and city, where time and date is noted! and God forbid you need feedback from them on a Friday afternoon, they will say they can only assist Monday morning, but believe me, there will be no service from them, unless you contact them, then its endless excuses and lies. I have requested on numerous occasions and given them endless opportunities to improve on their service delivery and I have just had enough!!! This review is actually for 0 stars, as there is just nothing positive to remark on. This is not the first architect I have worked with, but definitely the worst!
