Refund not coming
I had my Kirby serviced by the in the 1st week of February. The service was good BUT I was charged for 5 bags which I did not recieve. When I notified them they primised a refund for the bags. R580 within a few days. I have since messaged , e-mailed and phoned several times. They at first said tomorrow (But tomorrow never comes). They now no longer respond to any of my messages or phone calls. Very disappointing. I will certainly never use them again.

19 Mar 2023, 08:16After Hello Peter contacted them AZ VACUUMS I was able to contact them (JASON) He asked me to remove the review and said I would be refunded. The refund has not arrived. I told him I would only remove the review once my refund was paid. Still no refund
