Don't use them
They were very eager to collect our Kirby for a service and we paid all their 'quotes' but then every time we enquired about when it would be delivered there was always something else wrong with it. Until we went to the cops and forced them to deliver...then we got a shell of a machine back with many parts missing....delivered by a Bolt driver who wanted us to pay the delivery fee. We lost thousands and had to take it to the Kuilsrivier one to get to a working condition again.
