Worse than useless. They damaged our business.

<p>With Ayoba, there is an almost daily struggle just to keep our business connected. The impact that this has had on our good name is devastating, and Ayoba’s indifference is disgraceful.</p> <p>They are great salesmen, and will promise you wonderful service. However, soon after these promises were made to us we suffered the following:</p> <p>1. Phone lines stopped working and or our Internet access was down on average three to four times per week.</p> <p>2. Our phone number was not fully ported from Telkom for about a year.</p> <p>3. While Ayoba lazily assured us that nothing was wrong with our network, we were being hacked from multiple IP addresses all over the world. It later transpired that the cause of this was Ayoba’s failure to set up a password on our firewall. That’s right. They neglected to add a password feature on our firewall. Anyone in the world who stumbled across our IP address could simply enter it into their browser and they had access to our system. We are still waiting for Ayoba to muster up even the feeblest of apologies for this.</p> <p>The complete list of Ayoba’s failures is too colossal to detail here. Their negligence, apathy and bumbling ineptitude has cost our company greatly.</p> <p> </p>
