My WiFi stopped working after hours but they have an after hours WhatsApp line. Absolute worst service ever, no greeting, no acknowledgement or professionalism... I made my query and asked if they could assist, without greeting or introducing themselves, they respond " test now".

It still doesn't work and my messages get ignored while they're online.
