Worst ISP i have ever experienced

Worst wifi company ever, support staff are untrained. They are unable to check a customer's previous support history. Constantly fighting them. They fix it for 2 days and the same issues comes back. And I have to start the brain dead cycle of explaining to an agent that a restart doesn't work.
