Worst ISP

Our Estate recently switched internet providers for reasons unknown to us tenants at Sagewood Lifestyle Apartments. We had no issue with the old ISP( ClearAcess). Since the new ISP took over we have multiple down time. As I speak we ( possibly the whole) has been down for the last 24 hours. The only update is " waiting ETA" and nothing more...I didnt even know an ISP by the name Axio exists but they are worst !!!!!
