TRASH company, don't join them, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

This company is a literal joke - at 8:06pm on 03/11/2023 the internet shut down, I contacted support on WhatsApp to get feedback on why it's down (might I add a week ago our internet was down for +-3 days with no eta of when it could be back) so I was already frustrated with this service, so I tried reaching out, and to my surprise (sarcasm) no feedback! Just an automated reply, and I tried asking a question too, and they RESENT the same automated response which didn't answer my question!!! I'm sick to death of these people, unfortunately I live in an estate, and we're stuck with these internet providers, we DOWNGRADED from Clear Access, to this garbage of a company, for **** knows what when there was no issues with CA. And support always rep****. I have no idea why we downgraded to such a trash company, I set the date above and time, so this useless company can do the right thing towards the right direction, and FIRE that person who is working that shift. Because clearly they don't give a rats ass about being of actual support to clients, might I add, I had to buy data 3 times during this past week because of them.
