TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

We have been without internet for the whole weekend, no communication or updates from the service provider and when you reach out you get arrogant consultants with the most disgusting attitude with no remorse none whatsoever, I've been living at Sagewood Lifestyle apartments for over 3 years and the complex recently changed service providers in Feb 2024, our previous service provider (Clear Access) never gave us such issues and if we did have a connection failure we were kept on the loop and the failure never ever lasted more than an hour, I personally need the internet to work but AXIO couldn't care less about that, I have screenshots of the conversation I had with the "so called" consultant and he or she couldn't care less about the inconvenience..

AXIO is the ghetto, saying they give a terrible service is an understatement!!!!
