Shoddy work and no customer service

Should get no stars. Extremely bad service and shoddy work done when installing the fibre and router. Internet connection does not work. They don't respond. Still waiting for a technician that was supposed to come fix the problem. Had to cancel an appointment and take a day off work because they were sending out a technician. Turns out the tech must be a ghost as I've not seen this person.
