No internet, acc suspended yet POP received

This is the worst internet service provider I’ve ever used. They disconnect my WIFI monthly, unreachable on their telephone line, take forever to respond on their WhatsApp line. Accounts department never responds to emails. I’ve been disconnected days yet POP was well received but still have not been contacted. I’ve enquired multiple times, each consultant tells me something different. I’m so frustrated only on this because my landlord suggested but WOW terrible overall
