No assistance or help

Terrible- my complex makes use of them. The connection has been jumpy for last two weeks. The consultant says nothing wrong. Probably continues. Now ive been waiting for over 20min for someone to assist on the whatsapp line. Its 20:43 in the evening, and I can’t finish my work. Unacceptable
