Disappointed with your service

Very disappointed with the service we have been without Wi-Fi from last week Thursday even today the matter has not been resolved. Our Wi-Fi has been down since last week Thursday night till today the matter has not been resolved. on the weekend they did not even send technicians to sort the problem on Monday their technician left the building at 10:45 and never came back today they are onsite they did not bring the correct tools to do the job. that time I missed an exam another lady an interview we have children that needs Wi-Fi to do research for their schoolwork, and we have people working from home.

Even after we have informed you about the above-mentioned reasons why you guys should treat the matter as a matter of urgency your technicians come to site with wrong tools for the job.
