Axion is clueless

At the moment I am sitting without wifi. And for those who have everything linked to wifi, we know how much af a frustration this is. Oh and add 3 kids of varying ages into the mix!

We have sat without wifi since Friday morning. And after this call was logged timeously we were told at 18:30 that a technician can only come the Monday!!! The Monday people and Axion does the fiber for our whole complex. Pathetic...cause how can you be taken as a provider and you can even help one household!
