Axio connect has the worst customer service. You try to contact them about a problem you’re experiencing with their connection and that problem is resolved whenever they feel like it. Even if they give you a time frame it’s a lie. They tend to ignore for hours and then answer whenever they feel like it too, honestly this internet provider deserves no stars when it comes to customer service
