2 weeks with no WiFi connectivity

I am further frustrated by the fact that I have been waiting for over two weeks without any clear resolution or feedback on this issue. The lack of communication from your support team is especially troubling, as it has left me feeling neglected and unvalued as a customer.

Given the length of time that has passed, I find it unacceptable that I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I must stress the urgency of this issue and the importance of maintaining a stable internet connection, especially in today's increasingly digital world.

It is imperative that this issue is addressed immediately, and that the necessary steps are taken to prevent future outages.
