Axxess has the worst support and service

These guys have the qorsr support ever. I have been sending them my bank account that they have to debit yet they have been debiting an account that has no money. I have comminicated with them more than 10 times yet they debited my account uet again after telling them to either siwtch to an efr method or debit the account i gave to them. Now i owe ABSA more than 300 rands as a result of failed/bounced debit. Im so frustrated and angry. I am ****ed!!!!!!
