Your charges are too high

A rep used my account and fail to pay. I followed the reps to R4000 in R500 and R500 and R600 and R2 500 but Avon Justine sends an amount due of R2 500. Don't they understand that the reps is struggling financially and close the account as I told them I don't need it.
