Wrongly blacklisted,now not getting refund

Avon account number ********** 19. I was an agent between September & December 2015. On my last order in December you short supp**** stock worth R402.65.I was never refunded this R402.65 or receive the stock I had originally ordered. In 2016 I had challenges and could not go on being an agent. In 2017 March I went to the bank to get a loan and to my surprise I found that Avon had listed me with ITC as owing. To my knowledge it was Avon that was owing me not the other way round.

I tried enquiring from Avon about this balance but I was given the run around till I gave up and just paid the R495 Avon was claiming I was owing so my name could be removed from ITC and I could get my loan from the bank. Recently while going through some of my papers I came across my last statement from Avon, the proof that I never owed Avon in the first place. I would like to ask for a refund of both the R402.65 & the R495.00 I paid after you put me on ITC.

I strongly feel that Avon has acted very unfairly towards me by putting me on ITC when I did not owe even a single cent and was never even a credit customer in the first place as my orders were always only released after payment had been made. This unfair action has tarnished my good credit record and almost cost me the chance to go back to school when I couldn’t get a loan from the bank because of being listed as a bad payer on ITC.

I have emailed enquiries and received no reply. When I call your call centre agents claim to have not seen my email because it has not been downloaded yet. How long does it take to download an email? Please just pay back my money. My email address is **********
