Wrong reference number
<p>I have made a deposit to Justine but mistakenly put in a wrong reference number and when I realised that I called them and explained everything,they said I should fax the deposit slip and I did but still when I check how I now owe them nothing has changed no money was credited back nothing.I again called,they said I should now email the proof and they keep adding R50 every begin of each month now I'm owing R100 of interests whiles they are having my R300 which they don't wanna pay back.please help I can't find the slip to email them and I can't keep paying R50 that I don't have</p>
